COMPOSITION: MY WORK

1. Composition is important since people looking at photo’s will ignore yours unless its eye catching.

2. Lots of color draws me  in when looking at photography.

3. I went to the broad museum and all the colorful and bright color art inspired me to want to paint something as colorful.

READ AND WRITE REVIEW

  1. The shutter speed is what controls the duration of the exposer and how long the light is permitted to enter the camera. Then the ISO speed which controls how sensitive the camera will be to incoming light. Lastly, the aperture which controls the area over which light can enter the camera lens.
  2. You would need to change your ISO depending on the lighting you’re in.
  3. The aperture priority mode allows you to have control over your aperture or depth of field and shutter priority allows you to have complete control over your shutter speed.
  4. There are three different AF modes that do different things. The first one is the one-shot mode which stops refocusing once it’s locked onto a subject. The next mode is Servo AF which wont lock and it constantly refocuses. Then lastly you have AI Autofocus which will go from one-shot to Servo. The camera will have the option for all of these.
  5. If you don’t meter the light then your picture will come out either too dark or too light.
  6. White balance tells your camera what true white is and if you don’t change it then your white will be off.
  7. Depth of field is how sharp or in focus your subject or background is and you can change it if you want your subject to be in focus and the background out of focus or if you want everything in focus.
  8. Drive modes is How many shots you’re going to take at once so single shot means you only take on shot, continuous low is good for portraits and continuous high is good for anything fast moving. Metering modes are different modes that tell you how over or under or perfectly exposed your picture will come out.
  9. Exposure compensation is when your exposure is perfect on the meter but it comes out too dark or light so you under or over expose.
